Master Plan of Park View City Islamabad
As with any large housing society, Park View City is divided into various residential and commercial blocks. These blocks are further divided into residential and commercial sections with plots of various sizes.
Residential plots in the sizes of 5 Marla and 10 Marla are available in blocks A, B, F, H, J, Overseas, and Golf Estate. The C block offers 10 marla terrace plots. Blocks B, E, F, H, J, Golf Estate, and Overseas offer 1 Kanal residential plots. Block D offers 2 Kanal plots.
It is important to note that the locations of the Overseas Block, Golf Estate, and J Block will be confirmed in the revised master plan of Park View City.

Park View City Islamabad Blocks
Following are the residential and commercial blocks of Park View City Islamabad:
Block A, located adjacent to Park View City Gate 2, is between 60% and 70% developed. Many construction projects have been completed in this area, and families are living a peaceful life. Although bookings are closed, plots are available for resale. Both 5 Marla and 10 Marla possession plots are available in this block.
Block B, which is located next to Block A, is also about 60% developed. It offers 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal plots. Bookings for this block are closed, but plots are available for resale. The Blue Mosque, a major attraction in the Park View City area, is located near this block.
Block C of Park View City has a desirable location. It features a raised block with 10 Marla and 1 Kanal terrace plots and residential homes. It also has a food court.
Block D is the highest block in Park View City. It offers residential plots of 2 Kanal, and it provides a majestic view of the society and the federal capital.
Block E is made up of 1 Kanal residential plots. It is located on top of a hill, making it an ideal place to live. Some of the plots in this block are terrace plots, which offer stunning views of the lush green surroundings.
Block F has a variety of plot options including 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal plots. In addition, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal terrace plots have recently been added as a result of new ground-cutting throughout the block.
Block H is conveniently located close to the main entrance and downtown commercial area. It is fully developed and ready for construction, and it is considered to be one of the most expensive blocks in Park View City Islamabad. It offers residential plots in 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal sizes. There is no current installment plan available, so plots must be purchased in full payment.
Block J is located near the Overseas Block and Golf Estate of Park View City. It offers 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal residential plots. This block is attractive in terms of prices and has good potential for future growth.
Block K primarily consists of 3.5 Marla residential plots. It does not yet have a specific location assigned to it, so its prices are low. It is currently the only low-cost option available in Park View City Islamabad. Recently, Park View City decided to cancel Block K and is providing refunds in the form of vouchers that can be applied towards installments for plots in other blocks.
The Golf Estate is the latest addition to Park View City Islamabad. It is currently one of the most expensive blocks available on installments. It is a golf course community development featuring a 9-hole international golf course. The block mainly consists of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal residential plots. The society has not disclosed the exact location of the Golf Estate, but it will be located somewhere along the Overseas Block near Gate 2.
In 2019, Park View City introduced the Overseas Block, which was specifically designed for Overseas Pakistanis. The purpose of this block was to provide the expat community with a high-yield investment option and a premium living experience. The Overseas Block is planned to offer an impeccable lifestyle according to international standards, and the overseas community will have access to grand residencies located near Gate 2. The block consists of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal residential plots, as well as 3.5 Marla and 5 Marla commercial plots. The society has not yet conducted balloting for the Overseas Block, so it is currently offering files on installments rather than plots. The map has not yet been released, but the location has been disclosed as being opposite to Gate 2 on Malot Road. Recently, Park View City decided to cancel the 3.5 Marla commercial plots in the Overseas Block, and the owners are being given refunds in the form of vouchers that can be applied towards installments for plots in other blocks.

Park View Terrace Apartments
Park View Terrace Apartments are located in Block C of the society. They will offer smaller, luxurious living spaces at affordable prices. As the name suggests, all of the apartments will have terraces. Park View City has opened bookings for these apartments, but development has not yet begun.
